Ingredients
Pork, Beef, Water, 2% or less of Sodium Lactate, Salt, Flavoring, Sodium Phosphate, Monosodium Glutamate, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Collagen Casing
Cooking Instructions
Pan Fry: Remove Smoked Bratwurst from package and place in pan. Cook on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn Smoked Bratwurst over and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°.
Gas Grill: Bring gas grill to medium heat. (If charcoal, wait until charcoal has started turning white before adding Smoked Bratwurst.) Place Smoked Bratwurst on the grill, spaced evenly apart, Heat for 5-7 minutes, Turn over consistently to cook. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°.
