TO PAN FRY: PLACE DESIRED NUMBER OF SLICES IN UNHEATED SKILLET HEAT AND COOK SLOWLY, TURNING FREQUENTLY TO BROWN EVENLY, DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER. TO BAKE: SEPERATE SLICES OF BACON AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK SET IN BAKING PAN, BAKE, WITHOUT TURNING, IN HOT OVEN (400 DEGREES) ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN AND COOKED TO DESIRED CRISPNESS.
